Review by hotel critic
I was absolutely blown away by Stay during my recent 6-night stay in the Milford Suite. Not only did the suite boast stunning lake and mountain views, but the attention to detail was impeccable. From the picturesque terrace where we enjoyed takeout dinners to the fully stocked kitchen with high-quality cookware and utensils, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The provision of an ironing facility was a lifesaver when I needed to spruce up my clothes for a conference in Queenstown. The staff's thoughtfulness was evident when they went above and beyond by returning my forgotten hairbrush promptly. The complimentary toiletries were luxurious, and the soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful retreat after a long day. The inclusion of garden furniture on the terrace allowed us to soak in the breathtaking surroundings comfortably, enhancing our overall experience at the hotel. The Hillside Brasserie and other nearby dining options within walking distance made exploring the local culinary scene a breeze, adding another layer of convenience to our stay.In conclusion, from the cozy carpeted floors to the well-equipped kitchen and the exceptional customer service, Stay truly sets the bar high for luxury accommodation in Queenstown. I can confidently say that my experience surpassed any previous hotel stays, leaving me eager to return and indulge in the unparalleled comfort and hospitality that this establishment offers.
